Viewing Tags

Tags that have been created via the REST API can be viewed through the user interface through the Tags entry if the active user has the nexus:tags privilege.
Clicking on a row in the table will show a view where the attributes of a tag can be viewed.
Clicking the Find Tagged Components button will open search with a query for the tag currently viewed.
